Monthly Walks
1st Saturday of the Month
Brymbo
9.45am for 10am start at the Enterprise Centre car park in Brymbo. Join Carolyn and Nigel for a C grade walk covering 4.5 to 5miles over 2 hours. There are spectacular views and the walk uses footpaths and goes through fields.
1st Sunday of the Month
Coedpoeth
1.45pm for 2pm start at the public car park in the village opposite the Spar. Join Pat and Nigel for a C walk covering 3-4 miles over 1.5 hours. Varied routes are used each month on footpaths and through fields with steps and inclines to be expected. Please wear strong, sturdy footwear and all dogs must be well behaved and kept on leads.
2nd Sunday of the Month
Variety of challenging walks at different venues in the County.
3rd Saturday of the Month
Froncysyllte
12.15pm for 12.30pm start at the Fron Community Centre, Gate Road, Froncysyllte. Join Julie & Vaughan for a beautifully scenic and historic walk using various routes around the Aquaduct and surrounding areas. Expect some inclines on this B+ walk which will last up to 2 hours covering 3-4 miles.
Once a Month
Bills longer Wednesday walks & bus walks are led in various locations each month all at a C+ grade. If stated, some walks give walkers the option to enjoy lunch at a nearby pub or restaurant, otherwise, please bring a packed lunch and wear strong, sturdy walking boots. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on these walks.
