Due to the current Coronavirus situation and in the light of advice from the UK government and Public Health Wales, all our official walks are now cancelled until further notice.

A decision about our Wrexham Walking Festival in June will be made nearer the time.  We hope this can still go ahead but ensuring the safety and well-being of our walkers and walk leaders is of the highest importance and will be our priority.

 Monthly Walks in Wrexham

1st Saturday of the Month

Last Saturday of the Month

1st Sunday of the Month

Meet in the public car park off the High Street in the village behind the Salvation Army Community Shop and opposite Active Health and Rowlands Pharmacy (LL11 3SB) at 1.45pm for a 2pm start.  Join Pat for a grade C walk covering 3-4 miles over 1.5 hours.  Varied routes are used each month on footpaths and through fields, with steps and inclines to be expected.  Please wear strong, sturdy footwear and all dogs must be well behaved and kept on leads.

Once a Month

Bill's longer walks and bus walks are in various locations on a Wednesday each month, all at a C+ grade.  If stated, there is the option on some walks to enjoy lunch at a nearby pub or restaurant.  Otherwise, please bring a packed lunch and wear strong, sturdy walking boots.  Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on these walks.
